2. Subscriptions and Trials
We offer two billing options: monthly and yearly subscriptions.
- Free Trial: Paid plans (Teams and Pro) start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
- Automatic Renewal: Once the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the chosen frequency (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day refund window following any subscription charge under the following conditions:
- Initial Purchase: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription charge (immediately following the end of your free trial).
- Renewals: Annual renewal charges are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of the renewal date. Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by local consumer protection laws.
- Account Standing: To receive a refund, your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
